The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, addressed the John F. Kennedy Jr., Forum on a range of domestic policy issues affecting his country and the Balkan community. Prime Minister Rama discussed the historical factors that have shaped his country, and the vast political, social and economic transformation Albania has undergone in the last century. The forum was moderated by Elaine Papoulias and co-sponsored by The Center for International Development and The Center for European Studies.
