Women's Initiative in Leadership (WIL)
The Women's Initiative in Leadership (WIL) connects students who identify as women or non-binary in the Harvard community with inspiring women from a diverse range of careers and interests. WIL equips its members with the tools and network necessary to become future leaders in their chosen career path. The program features discussions with accomplished women, creating an empowering setting that allows students to converse and network. WIL also features community-building events and professional development workshops throughout the semester, allowing members to have both the supportive community and practical skills to confidently navigate internships and employment after graduation.
The Women's Initiative in Leadership meets for one hour every Friday. WIL members can expect to meet and engage with high-achieving women in professions including public policy, politics, journalism/media, law, non-profits, entrepreneurship, STEM, public health, and academia. After completing their semester in WIL, members join our community of alumni that serve at the forefront of leadership of their chosen professional path.
