Ross Clayton Mulford is a partner at the Dallas law firm of Hughes & Luce. Previously, he served as chief counsel and campaign manager for Perot '92. Mr. Mulford is also currently general counsel to United We Stand America, Inc., and is a member of the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Election Law, American Bar Association National Advisory Commission on Election Law, and the National Advisory Committee on Money, Politics and The Public Voice Project of the League of Women Voters Education Fund.
