W. Antoinette Ford is a research consultant for government and public affairs research at Kahl Associates. Ms. Ford previously served as a presidential appointee to the District of Columbia Council, a marketing specialist for the U.S. Department of Commerce, and Director of Development at the Institute for Services to Education. From 1971 to 1972, she was a White House Fellow, where she served as Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Treasury.
