Are there any requirements for first-time voters?
Yes. First-time voters who registered to vote by mail must include an ID with their absentee ballot application. Valid forms of ID include one of the following: a COPY of a driver’s license or photo ID with the voter’s name and address, a utility bill, paycheck, government check, bank statement or government document with the voter’s name and address on it.
