Are there any requirements for first-time voters?
Yes. First time voters who did not include an ID when registering to vote must provide a copy of their ID with their absentee ballot request form or their absentee ballot. Valid ID's include one of the following: a copy of a photo ID OR a utility bill, bank statement, paycheck, government check or government document with a voter's name and address.
