Are there any requirements for first-time voters?
Yes. First-time voters must submit a copy of their ID with their absentee ballot, being sure the copy of their ID is placed in the outer envelope given with the ballot; if the copied ID is placed in the inner envelope, their ballot will not be counted. Valid forms of ID include a copy of one of the following: a photo ID OR a utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or government document with the voter’s name and address.
