Absentee ballots must be requested by by the end of the day November 5 if requested in person, and seven days before Election Day, October 30, if requested by mail or electronically. Additionally, an authorized agent may submit a request by 1:30 pm on Election Day, November 6.

Are there requirements for first-time voters?
Yes. First-time voters who registered by mail and did not include a copy of their ID must include a copy of their ID with their absentee ballot request. Acceptable forms of ID include one of the following: a copy of a current photo ID and address OR a current utility bill, bank statement, paycheck, government check, or government document that shows a voter's name and address.
