Sneha Shenoy
Sneha Shenoy (she/her) is a rising senior in Quincy House studying History of Science and Economics with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. This summer, she is excited to be working at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Global Health Center in Washington, D.C! As someone who has strong interests in public and global health, she is looking forward to learning more about the U.S. policy interactions with Global Health.
Her previous work and interests include HIV/AIDS policy, health education advocacy, COVID-19 advocacy, Opioid Use Disorder prevention, and international Autism community engagement research. She is also especially passionate about advocating for public health education in the secondary setting, and currently serves as an Executive Director at Project UNITY, a 501(c)(3) national public health nonprofit.
Outside of her academic interests, she loves representing her South Asian heritage, and is very involved in the Harvard South Asian Association and Harvard Undergraduate Bhangra dance team. She also loves hopping onto new baking trends, going on long walks with her dog, Siya, and reading novels on the beach.
