Priyanka Mukhara
Priyanka Mukhara is a sophomore at Harvard College studying the intersection between education and race. Originally from Bellevue, Washington, Priyanka is dedicated to advocating for equitable and anti-racist education systems.
On campus, Priyanka is actively involved with the Harvard-Radcliffe Asian American Association, the Taskforce for Asian Progressive Advocacy and Studies, and the Harvard-Radcliffe Emerging Leaders Program, which each seek to promote representation and advocacy for communities of color. Priyanka is also an avid advocate for Ethnic Studies, serving as a board member of the Washington Ethnic Studies Now Youth Advisory Board and as an organizer with Harvard's Ethnic Studies Coalition.
Beyond Harvard, Priyanka is the founder of Education for Equality, a youth organization that educates young people on how to advocate for racially just policies and practices in K-12 schools.
