Summer 2024 Director's Intern - Kevin Gu

Kevin Gu is a current sophomore in Quincy House studying economics and English literature at Harvard. At the IOP, he acts as the co-director of communications for the Fellows and Study Groups program in which he produces media content to showcase the inspiring engagement of the fellows, liaisons, and study group members. On campus, he is also involved with a couple performance-based groups: the Harvard Radcliffe Veritones (a contemporary a cappella group established in 1985) and the Harvard Glee Club. Outside of music, he does research for a small start-up created by Harvard Law students attempting to propel ESG initiatives for private companies, primarily to increase both the shareholder value and sustainability of corporations.

In his free time, he loves writing poetry, composing (mostly piano) pieces, studying entrepreneurship, learning jazz theory, restaurant hopping, and going on hikes!
