The ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge (ALL IN) is a national, nonpartisan initiative that supports and recognizes colleges and universities serving more than working to strengthen civic learning, voter participation, and ongoing engagement in our democracy. ALL IN partners with 1,020+ colleges and universities, representing more than 10 million students. Campuses highly engaged in ALL IN programming have voter turnout rates that are 5 percentage points higher than their peer institutions.

Program Details

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Programmatic support
  • Database and list management
  • Campus outreach
  • Webinars support
  • Research
  • Writing
  • Social media content development
  • Simple graphic design
  • Other duties as assigned

Moderate Supervision: Intern will meet with their supervisor regularly, but will be given the opportunity to work on independent projects.

This Director's Internship Host will host additional undergraduate interns outside of the Director's Internship Program.

Successful candidates will:

  • Be in the process of earning a college degree (associate or baccalaureate).
  • Have a personal commitment to democratic engagement.
  • Be passionate about fostering culture change on college campuses.
  • Have been involved with civic engagement activities on their campus.
  • Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Display strong attention to detail.
  • Be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and driven to take the initiative and complete tasks on deadline.
  • Be able to work as a member of a collaborative team.
  • Lead with integrity and equity.
  • Access to high-speed Wi-Fi
