Center Road Solutions is a small, collaborative, mission-driven firm focused on federal advocacy for nonprofits in maternal health, mental health, and social services. With a team of fewer than 10 people, our environment is close-knit and highly communicative, and all projects involve collaboration across team members.

Each staff member has a designated supervisor for weekly video check-ins and ongoing support. In addition, every project has a lead who coordinates the work and keeps the team aligned. Our work follows the federal legislative calendar, so we balance fast-paced advocacy periods with time for planning and content development.

Socially and professionally, we prioritize relationships. Internally, we support one another through frequent collaboration and informal weekly check-ins. Externally, staff have regular opportunities to build networks through coalitions, congressional briefings, advocacy days, and partnerships with national nonprofits and policy leaders.
