This Director's Internship Opportunity awards a $10,500 stipend.
Sociology Department at the State University in Poznań, Poland. It is one of the leading Polish academic institutions with over 30K students and 5K staff, with outstanding international cooperation experience including many European funding schemes (Horizon2020, Erasmus+, etc.).
In-person or Remote depending on mutual preference. Suggested weekly meetings, at least one in-person meeting, plus mid-term and final presentation of intern student's outcomes
If selected as a finalist, applicants may be asked to submit the following directly to the Host Organization:
Moderate Supervision: Intern will meet with their supervisor regularly, but will be given the opportunity to work on independent projects.
University open space with other interns as well as PhD students of different ethnic backgrounds; regular 1-2 weekly meetings, but the ability to work remotely during weekdays; supervised field studies in a remote field research location at the Polish-Ukrainian border area.
This Director's Internship Host will host additional undergraduate interns outside of the Director's Internship Program.
