Zainab Kahloon is a rising junior in Pforzheimer House from Lexington, KY. She is concentrating in Social Studies with a secondary in Comparative Literature and a citation in Arabic. On campus, Zainab serves the Director of Development of the Harvard Islamic Society and has been involved with the Anti-Islamophobia Network and the Phillips Brooks House Association. Outside of campus, Zainab worked with Jetpac Inc., a nonprofit which trains Muslim-Americans and other minorities to run for office. In her spare time, Zainab likes to bake, play basketball, and read. Zainab is excited to be working for Mayor Marty Walsh’s office this summer.
