Tyrik LaCruise is a rising junior in Eliot from the Bronx, New York. He is a History and Literature concentrator with plans to complete a secondary field in African American Studies. This fall Tyrik will be entering his third year as a Peer Advising Fellow in Weld Hall and will serve as a manager for the Eliot House Grille. When not in the grille or giving advice, he is likely watching tv, reading for fun, or making a new Spotify playlist. Passionate for politics and public service from the start, Tyrik will spend the summer exploring the intersection of those interests at the Philadelphia Democratic National Convention Host Committee. He is excited to contribute to the success of the convention this summer and looks forward to exploring Philadelphia's food.
