Robert Capodilupo is a rising junior at Harvard College in the Government Department. His research interests include local government and the intersection of public policy and urban affairs.Robert has worked as a research assistant at both the Radcliffe Institute and the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, most recently under EU Diplomat Joelle Jenny on a project pertaining to cyber security. This past winter, he interned on the Transition Team of Missouri Governor Eric Greitens. Robert is excited to begin his work at the Department of Transportation and gain first hand insight into the workings of one of the most dynamic and essential state institutions.
