Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, Washington, D.C.
2018
Richard Sweeney is a rising sophomore in Quincy House from Albany, New York. He plans on concentrating in Applied Math and Economics with a secondary in Government. He is interested in how quantitative methods can be used to help solve public policy problems. On campus, he plays tuba in the Harvard University Band and is involved in the IOP’s Public Opinion Project. He is very excited to be working for Congresswoman Stefanik in Washington DC this summer where he hopes to learn more about public service, politics and the legislative process.
