Philip Balson is a rising junior at in Dunster House at Harvard College.  He is concentrating in history with a secondary in economics.  He focuses mostly on geopolitics, Western diplomatic history, and the strategy of international relations.  Last summer, he worked as a research assistant for Professor Niall Ferguson on the latter’s biography of Henry Kissinger.  He looks forward to continuing to learn about international relations this summer while working at Fareed Zakaria GPS, in addition to gaining some experience in media and exploring New York City.
