Nick Wood is a rising junior in Eliot House. Originally from the UK, he studies History and Literature with a focus in Latin America. At Harvard, Nick both writes and serves as a senior staff member for the Harvard International Review, is involved in the theater community both on-stage and in a technical capacity, and is an active member of the Woodbridge International Society. He also works as a research assistant, looking at the experience of Caribbean migrants in southern Europe. He is excited to work for La Liga in Buenos Aires this summer because it is an excellent opportunity to look at 20th Century southern cone history from the perspective of an organization that was an active player in many of the events that took place in that time period. After college, he hopes to return to South America to work before going to law school.
