Michael Lindeborg

Michael Lindeborg is a rising junior in Kirkland house concentrating in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. On campus, Michael serves as Program Coordinator for Health Leads and Director of Programming for the Harvard Undergraduate Global Health Forum. During his spare time, Michael enjoys playing the oboe in the Harvard Radcliffe Orchestra. This summer, he is excited to be working with Partners in Health to improve the detection and treatment of tuberculosis in Lima, PerĂº. Passionate about how the biology of a disease can interact with the social context of its environment, Michael hopes to gain a better understanding of what factors contribute to the outbreak of TB in the urban environment of Lima and what steps can be taken to overcome this disease.
