Madeline Raster is a rising junior in Winthrop House, originally from South Bend, Indiana. She is a government concentrator with an interest in American politics. On campus, she is a co-captain of the Harvard Women’s Basketball team, as well as a member of CSA. This summer, she is very excited to be working for Mayor Pete Buttigieg, Corporation Counsel Cristal Brisco, and the City of South Bend to learn more about local government.
