Kent Chan is a rising Junior in Currier House from Boston, Massachusetts. He is concentrating in Economics but is also active in other academic fields. Kent has worked on the DASCH Project at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics and serves on the Board for the campus group STAHR (Student Astronomers at Harvard-Radcliffe). His interests and activities further involve Technology and Entrepreneurship, and he dedicates the remainder of his time to working at a data center during the year. Kent has developed a passion for economic development in Boston, having served on the Mayor’s Youth Council at Boston City Hall. Consequently. he is excited to intern at the Mayor’s Office and to serve his city once more.
