Kelley Babphavong

Kelley Babphavong is a rising junior in Quincy House who studies government with a secondary in Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. A native to Rhode Island, she is passionate about campaign work as she worked heavily on her local congressman’s campaign and Marco Rubio’s presidential and senate race. Kelley currently spends her time serving as the President of Harvard Right to Life, Vice President of the Harvard chapter of Network of Enlightened Women, Secretary of the Harvard Republican Club, and Chief Whip of the John Adams Society. Additionally, she serves as a fellow for the Abigail Adams Institute and the Hertog Foundation. Outside of politics, she volunteers with the Boston Center for Pregnancy Choices and the Boston Debate League and spent last summer working as a manager at Harvard Student Agencies. She looks forward to interning in the Truluck Center for Leadership Development at the Heritage Foundation this summer.
