James Holt is a rising junior in Kirkland House concentrating in Social Studies with a citation in French. This summer, he will be working in Sacramento at Mayor Kevin Johnson’s office. He is looking forward to learning more about the inner workings of local politics and public policy, and exploring a potential career in public service. James currently serves as Operations Manager of the Harvard Crimson, Deputy Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus at St. Paul Parish, and a leadership team member of the Harvard Catholic Student Association. He hopes to bring back some of what he learns this summer to affect change on campus.
