Hope Schwartz is a rising senior in Kirkland House concentrating in Economics and Spanish. She spent last summer interning for a sustainable development non-profit in Buenos Aires, Argentina. At Harvard, Hope is a co-captain and founding member of the women's Varsity Rugby team. When she's not playing or supporting Harvard sports, she also serves as a Peer Advising Fellow and a leader for the First-Year Outdoor Program. This summer, Hope will be working for Social Finance in Boston. She is excited to put her economics background to work applying market-based solutions to complex social issues such as education, crime and poverty.
