
Hamidah Mahmud is a rising junior in Adams House from Los Angeles, California. She is a History and Science concentrator with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. On campus, she is president of Harvard College Students for Bangladesh and the Harvard Art Society, and an outdoors-lover as a First-Year Outdoor Program Leader. She combines her love for the visual arts, teaching, and service as an active volunteer for the Harvard chapter of Project Sunshine. Highly interested in clinical research and pursuing a medical career, Hamidah will spend two months in Lima, Peru with Partners in Health (Socios En Salud), working on community solutions to resistant-strain TB. Always trying to find ways to immerse herself in new cultures, she's excited for what this summer will bring!
