Giacomo Bagarella is a rising senior at Harvard College, studying Government with a secondary field in Psychology and a citation in Arabic language. Although he is Italian, Giacomo has spent most of his life abroad; he has lived in Argentina, Vietnam, and Macedonia. This summer, he will be interning with the Public Relations Office of the City of London Corporation, and is very much looking forward to this public policy job (a career he is considering for the future) in such an important city and context. At Harvard, Giacomo is involved with organizing the yearly Harvard National Model United Nations conference, being an active member and leader of the Palestine Solidarity Committee, working for the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, and playing soccer (football) for the club team. Besides his interest in public policy, Giacomo is also considering a future in human rights and international development, and plans to work for some time after college to determine what graduate school and interest he wants to pursue most. .
