
Franklin Lee is a rising senior in Quincy House concentrating in East Asian Studies and Anthropology with a citation in Spanish. He is working this summer in Seoul, South Korea as an intern for the Committee on Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Unification at the National Assembly. In addition to his academic pursuits, Franklin is involved in an extracurricular activity called Gaongil ("Middle Path"), an organization devoted to discussing modern Korean studies. Throughout the year, he also organizes conferences for Wing Sharers Leadership Conference in South Korea and Harvard Initiative for Latin American Relations in both Harvard and Latin America. Franklin is devoted to experiencing new cultures and learning about the political climate at the international level. He hopes that his experience at Director's Intern this summer will help broaden his international perspective so that he can help solve political and social issues worldwide.
