Ethan Samet is a rising senior in Cabot House originally from Needham, Massachusetts. He concentrates in History and Literature with a secondary in Organismic and Evolutionary Biology and a citation in Spanish. He spent Fall 2013 studying abroad at the University of Havana in Cuba, learning Spanish, Cuban history, and Cuban economics. He is excited to be working on the Sierra Club’s Trade Team, which researches the effects of America’s international trade policies on the environment, particularly regarding US production of natural gas. On campus, Ethan leads tours of Harvard to visitors, and he leads backpacking and service trips with the First-Year Outdoor Program.
