Eric Cheng is a rising junior in Quincy House concentrating in Economics with a secondary field in Mind, Brain, and Behavior. Originally from Troy, Michigan, he is interested in the intersection of behavioral studies and public service in addition to their applications to entertainment and media. On campus, Eric is a cast member of the Hasty Pudding Theatricals and is involved in acting with the Harvard-Radcliffe Dramatic Club. He is a Peer Advising Fellow, a proctor for the First-Year Arts Program, and a member of On Harvard Time. He is also involved with dance on campus through Expressions Dance Company and Eleganza. Last summer, he served as an intern with the GLBTQ Legal Advocates and Defenders. This summer, he is excited to build on his interest in social justice through working with Erase the Hate, NBCUniversal and Civic Nation's reinvented campaign dedicated to supporting and amplifying the efforts of individuals and organizations working towards a hate-free America.
