Emma Scornavacchi

Emma Scornavacchi is a rising Senior in Adams House from Villanova, Pennsylvania. At Harvard, she concentrates in History and Literature on the American Studies track with a focus on 20th century women's movements. Extracurricularly, she writes for The Crimson's magazine, Fifteen Minutes and is involved with the IOP's Fellows and Study Groups program. After spending last summer in Spain and Portugal writing for the student travel guide Let's Go, and the spring semester studying abroad in London, Emma is excited to bring her focus back to American politics and culture with an internship at The New Republic. She looks forward to applying writing and research skills this summer and to experience the world of journalism media in New York.
