Dan Holmqvist is a rising senior in Leverett House from Malden, Massachusetts. He is an Economics concentrator interested in the development of emerging economies. Last year, he travelled for six months as part of a gap year to Vietnam, and is excited return to Southeast Asia this summer to do research during an exciting time in the region’s development. At Harvard, Dan is the social chair of the Vietnamese Association as well as a member of the Sports Analytics Club. His interests outside the classroom include reading, biking, playing soccer, and watching sports.
