Ashley Zhou

Ashley Zhou is a rising junior in Mather House, originally from Basking Ridge, NJ. She studies Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and is pursuing a secondary in Economics. She is Comp Director for the Design Board of The Harvard Crimson, where she also serves as Executive Designer for the weekly Arts section of the paper. She also writes a fiction column for The Crimson. She tutors for Chinatown Citizenship, a PBHA program that teaches Chinese immigrants the civics knowledge needed to pass the US citizenship test. Having worked last summer for One Foundation, a nonprofit organization headquartered in Shenzhen, China, Ashley is looking forward to be interning for the MacArthur Foundation and to learn about US nonprofit organizations.
