Ashley Gong is a rising junior studying English and Economics. She holds term-time internships at private equity and consulting firms, researches organizational behavior at Harvard Business School, leads the Harvard Social Innovation Collaborative (SIC), and directed a national startup incubator. Additionally, she founded a youth-focused version of the Aspen Institute’s flagship civics program, developed national arts policy recommendations with 30+ industry executives at the Sundance Institute, and delivered three White House speaking engagements as a National Student Poet selected by President Obama’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. In her free time, she enjoys conquering New England mountains as a double black diamond skier. This summer, she looks forward to working at the NYCEDC to strategize and drive city-wide economic growth.
