Anum Shafqat is a rising sophomore in Adams House, originally from Chicago, Illinois. She is interested in studying Social Studies or Government. On campus, she is a member of The Harvard Crimson and acts as a Print Editor and Arts Staff Writer. Anum enjoys creative writing, filmmaking, and politics. As someone who has limited experience in the communications fields, she is extremely eager to be working with the MacArthur Foundation this summer. She is especially excited to learn more about public relations and journalism.
