Anthony Staccone is a rising senior in Winthrop House concentrating in History with a citation in Russian. This summer he will be working with the research arm of Young Scot, a leading non-profit that focuses on Scottish youth and their civic empowerment in Edinburgh, UK. He is planning on applying what he learned in his ed school classes and UTEP (Undergraduate Teacher Education Program) to create change for underprivileged youth while exploring a career in teaching and the non-profit sector. At Harvard, Anthony participates in the UTEP Program, runs Earthen Vessels, a Youth Mentoring and Tutoring Program for inner-city Boston students, and serves as a Leadership Team member with the Catholic Student Association.
