Anna Rowe is a rising senior in Leverett House from Frankfort, Kentucky. She concentrates in English with an anticipated language citation in French. Outside of class, Anna Rowe is involved in the Athena Program and the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter, where she serves as Volunteer Director. Anna Rowe hopes to work in international development after graduation and is excited to gain first-hand experience this summer in her internship at the Mbarara University of Science and Technology in Mbarara, Uganda, where she will be working to generate a report on Ugandan surgical services with the hope of ultimately improving the country’s medical resources.
