Director's Internships

The Institute of Politics Director's Internship program arranges paid summer internship opportunities for returning Harvard College undergraduates interested in exploring a summer in politics and public service. This summer, the IOP will offer 125 Director’s Internships throughout the United States and abroad.

IOP Director's Interns are responsible for completing 10 weeks of full-time, substantive work and will be fully funded by the IOP in the amount $5000 domestically (international stipends follow Harvard recommendations by location and range between $5000 and $7000). Additionally, the Priscilla Chan Summer Service Award will cover the summer earnings contribution for students on financial aid who are accepted into the Director's Internship program. More information about that award can be found here
