Matthew Bunn, associate professor of public policy, Valerie Plame Wilson and Rolf Mowatt-Larssen, former CIA agents, and Graham Allison, director of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, also discuss citizen engagement with this issue, the necessity of preparation for an imminent attack, and different ways of dealing with and addressing nuclear weapons.
