On Monday, April 12th at 6:00pm ET, the Institute of Politics is honored to host a conversation with former U.S. Congresswoman and former Secretary of HHS Donna Shalala and Colorado State Representative Iman M. Jodeh in celebration and observance of National Arab-American Heritage Month (NAAHM). Harvard College student leaders Anan Hafez ‘22 and Lena Lofgren ‘23 will serve as co-moderators. Shalala and Jodeh will discuss the rich and diverse heritage of Arab Americans in the U.S., how to dispel stereotypes around the community and their trailblazing paths in public service.
