Panelists Thomas Joscelyn, a Senior Fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, and Alberto Mora, a Senior Fellow at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, joined moderator Barbara Starr, a Pentagon Correspondent for CNN, for a discussion on the arguments around closing the Guantanamo Bay detention center. The panelists reflected on the historical context of Guantanamo as it relates to the war on terror and the United States’ legal positions on indefinite detainment of suspected terrorist.
