Congressman Elijah Cummings delivered the opening keynote speech of the Black Policy Conference with a  passionate speech concerning the urgency of action and his passion for politics. The Maryland Congressman also discussed policy matters including gun control and entitlements. Congressman Cummings urged the audience to find their passion and to enter politics and public service.
