Panelists Robert C. “Bobby” Scott,  House of Representatives (D-VA) and Penda D. Hair, Co-founder and Co-Director of the Advancement Project, joined moderator Alex Keyssar for a panel discussion to reflect on the impact of the Voting Rights Act on its fiftieth anniversary. The panelists addressed contemporary solutions to continue a legacy of strengthening and protecting voting rights.
