Spring 2026 Fellows

For more than 50 years, the Institute of Politics Resident Fellows Program has provided Harvard students with the opportunity to learn from prominent public servants, engage in civil discourse, and acquire a more holistic and pragmatic view of our political world.

This semester's fellows bring diverse experiences in elected office, municipal government, consumer protection, national politics, media, and international relations to address the challenges facing our country and world today. The IOP’s Spring 2026 Resident Fellows cohort includes: Rohit Chopra, Chrystia Freeland, Aimee Rogstad Guidera, Tishaura Jones, Christopher Liddell, and Byron York.

The Visiting Fellows Program brings distinguished veterans of public life for a short yet comprehensive stay at the Institute of Politics. Each fellowship is individually tailored to the background of the visiting fellow, as well as his or her calendar availability. The IOP Spring 2026 Visiting Fellows are Pete Buttigieg and Kevin McCarthy.
