William Lucas

William Lucas is Wayne County's (Michigan) first Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Mr. Lucas served as Sheriff of Wayne County,Chief Deputy Sheriff, and was a special agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Mr. Lucas was a legal assistant in the Department of Justice and was a patrol officer and undercover vice squad officer in the New York Police Department.
