Timothy Barrow is the former mayor of Phoenix, Arizona (1974-1976). He also served three terms in the State of Arizona House of Representatives where he served as chairman of the Ways and Means Committee, Minority Whip, and Speaker of the House. Prior to being in the Arizona House of Representatives, Mr. Barrow was the Executive Director of St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix and was a U.S. Army platoon leader in the 14th Armored Cavalry Regiment in Germany. Mr. Barrow is a member of the National Council for Urban Economic Development, National Commission for Manpower Policy, Arizona Justice Planning Agency and the Arizona Council on Intergovernmental Relations.
