Thomas Gallagher

Thomas Gallagher is the Chairman and CEO of the National assessment Institute in Clearwater, Florida. Previously, Mr. Gallagher served as the state treasurer for the state of Florida, Secretary of the Department of Professional Regulation, and was president of Gallagher Financial Systems, Inc. He was also a candidate for the Republican Nomination for Governor of Florida in 1985.
