Terry Goggin was elected to the State Legislature of California in November 1974 to represent the Sixty-Sixth District. Mr. Goggin is currently Chairman of the Assembly Permanent Subcommittee on Energy and is a member of the Resources, Land Use and Energy Committee, the Finance, Insurance and Commerce Committee, the Labor Relations Committee, and the Select Committee on Corrections. In 1969, while still in the Army, Mr. Goggin was assigned to the White House as a Special Consultant to the White House Urban Affairs Council. From January 1973 until his election, Mr. Goggin served as Administrative Assistant to Congressman George E. Brown, Jr.
