Sam Fulwood is a correspondent in the Washington, DC bureau of the Los Angeles Times. Previously Mr. Fulwood was the state political editor and assistant business editor for the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, assistant city editor, business reporter and Africa correspondent for the Baltimore Sun, and business reporter and sports writer for the Charlotte Observer. Mr. Fulwood was a Nieman Fellow at Harvard University and was a Pulitzer Prize for his contributions to a staff entry for spot news on the Los Angeles Riots in 1993.
